I remember reading … I remember reading this book when I was very young, but late in my primary school years, the book was banned by the school district for being “too scary”. I’m not sure if the it still is, but it was a stupid decision.

Im bilingual and as … Im bilingual and as a hispanic it’s common to learn spanish first, but Where the WIld Things Are, was the first English book I read and I remember 19 years ago, defenetly one of my favorite books from my early childhood, before everyone was into reading goosebumps and scary books.
they already did, … they already did, just look for the trailer online. The Wild Thing monster’s look funny but I have to admit I felt nostalgic watching the preview because it brought back memories from a better past.
Thanks so much for … Thanks so much for this video-Its really helpful especially with the new film adaptation of it coming out so i can ‘read’ it first before watching the film,
Thank you
This and Give A … This and Give A Mouse A Cookie were my favorite books as a child i always loved the illustration in the book i’m curious to see how well it translates to the big screen
maybe you played … maybe you played vidoe games but me and every kid on my block played base ball every day, built go carts, frisbee 3 flys up, bike races, touch football, hide and seek and we had a lake mneer by, every weekend was spent there. i fished that lake since i was 5. i now take my kid. i’m 43 now. but i live through my daughter now and we still love the outdoors better. thats all im saying.
this was a great … this was a great post except the video game part…we all spent just as much time playing video games as kids do now…(mid 20′s)…playing video games and going out to play and reading are not mutually exclusive
